Timothy Edwards has constructed a braiding machine using Meccano parts.

The machine has eight bobbin carriers, thus allowing for much more complex braids, than the simple LEGO braiding machine we have featured in a previous post. Find out more about the Meccano braiding machine and have a look at the construction plan on Thimothy's homepage.
