Nervous System is a little fabbing company, run by Jessica Rosenkrantz & Jesse Louis-Rosenberg. They explore nature inspired processes to grow fashionable objects such as lamps and jewelry.

Their lecture at CMU Design is a very nice introduction of their work and provides a glimpse into the future of generative design and mass customization.
