The term Superdupershape refers to 3d-parametric shapes based on the so called Superduperformula.

The superduperformula unifies the spherical and toroidal products of arbitrary parametric functions. It includes parameters for scaling and torsion, so it can not only create shell-like structures but also variants of the Moebius strip and the umbilic torus.
